30 years of experience

I have spent 30 years as a businessman in the private sector. My creative ability and experience in business has made me uniquely valuable to multi-million dollar corporations with hundreds of employees throughout the country.

Frank Beshai

I have worked for and have been contracted by many companies to read their financial statements, isolate their problems areas and make them healthy again. I have been authorized and given complete authority in these organizations to make the adjustments necessary to make them profitable again, such as, implementing new processes and procedures. I have also taken over multi-million dollar budgets and created more efficient and effective budgets that were able to revive ailing corporations. Some of these corporations had a senior management staff of 30. It was my responsibility to have management and employees work in harmony for maximum effectiveness.

Most recently, I laid out the foundation for the negotiations between the Worcester Police Department and the City of Worcester to settle a contract funding dispute. The dispute involved the funding of the Quinn Bill. Without this agreement, Worcester would have lost some of its finest officers, leaving Worcester streets to become more dangerous.

The Sheriff’s Department should not be lead by someone you cannot take charge over strong minded individuals that are used to doing in a way that is more comfortable and familiar than it is productive. Or by the inmates who will return to our communities and commit more crimes.

This is why it is extremely important that the Sheriff’s Department is overseen by someone who has strong management, negotiating, and financial abilities, someone who has a background like I do. Someone who is able to make changes that will have better results, along with creating a more comfortable and happy working environment to maximize the effectiveness of this organization.

My skills, background, and ability to bring in outside funding gives me the necessary experience to fulfill all the responsibility within the domain of the Sheriff’s Office. This starts in management and the understanding of what a good working environment is made of and beyond. The environment I will create will set the stage for the rehabilitation of inmates with programs I have available to me that have a proven track record.

This is not a time for trial and error, from inexperienced individuals who think they may be able to the job. This position should be left to a professional in all areas.

We need someone who knows how to handle large budgets with hundreds of employees. Someone who has the experience and the ability to bring in outside funding to relieve the taxpayers.

  • We need to protect our communities, children, and elderly.
  • We should be accountable for all our tax dollars.
  • We need to renew confidence in our Sheriffs Department.(no politics)
  • We must mandate accountability for our own behavior.
  • We need to have someone who knows how to manage rehabilitation.
  • We need someone who knows how to reduce recidivism.

My experience and background in all of these areas dictates my qualifications. My experience is unparalleled by anyone seeking this office. I am the only candidate that can put a check mark next to all of the areas.
